1. Quality Assurance Before Shipment

We take product quality seriously. Before every shipment, we strictly follow these procedures:

· Pre-shipment inspection – Each batch is visually inspected and function-tested.

· Photo & video evidence – We document the actual goods (packaging, labels, and working condition) and share the files with you upon request.

· Sample approval – For bulk orders, we can send pre-production or random samples for your confirmation before mass production.

All goods are shipped only after we receive your final approval or after our internal QC passes the standard.

2. Warranty Coverage

We provide a 1‑year warranty from the date of delivery (as shown on the shipping document) against manufacturing defects, including:

· Motor failure

· Battery charging issues (non-user-caused)

· Switch or circuit board malfunctions

The warranty does not cover:

· Physical damage (drops, water exposure, crushing)

· Misuse, unauthorized repair, or modification

· Normal wear and tear or cosmetic scratches

3. Returns & Replacements

Because we are a B2B supplier and ship internationally, we do not accept returns for change of mind or minor appearance issues.

However, if you receive products that do not match the approved sample or have verified functional defects within the warranty period, we will resolve the issue as follows:

· For small quantities (e.g., ≤3% of the order quantity) – We will include the replacement units with your next order at no extra cost. We will notify you and arrange the dispatch accordingly.

· For large-scale or severe defects – We will discuss a fair solution case by case, which may include partial refund, replacement shipment, or credit toward future orders.

4. Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please:

1. Contact your account manager within 7 days of discovering the issue.

2. Provide the order number, photos/videos showing the defect, and the defective quantity.

3. We will reply within 2 business days with a solution.

We reserve the right to request the return of defective units for analysis (shipping cost to be covered by us if the claim is valid).
